The Team

Sarah Ayres - VN NA MBVNA HT
Qualified Veterinary Nurse, Nutritional Advisor, Member of the British Veterinary Nursing Association, Hydrotherapist

Sarah is a Qualified and listed Veterinary Nurse and a member of the British Veterinary Nursing Association. She has worked with animals since 1996, and qualified with the Royal Veterinary College in 2001.

The last four years have been spent in a Senior Head Nurse position providing veterinary care to many different animals and also helping to train students in preparation for their exams.

Last year Sarah spent time running a hydrotherapy suite and  was fortunate to be able to work alongside qualified physiotherapists enabling her to learn all aspects of the rehabilitation process.

She has attended  hydrotherapy and water management training courses with Hawksmoor Hydrotherapy Referral Centre where she received ABC accreditations after passing the exams. Alongside her nursing and hydrotherapy qualifications, she is a Pet Nutritional Adviser.

Even though hydrotherapy is becoming a more recognised form of treatment for our pets, Sarah felt the need to help it become a routinely used treatment amongst vets by opening a centre in easy reach to a wide group of surgeries. Her goal is to encourage vets to compliment their treatments and surgeries using hydrotherapy, and work alongside them to provide the best possible care for the patients.
